Airisa Durand BSN, RN graduated from Oregon Health and Science University in 2014. As a RN in the hospital setting she gained expertise as an Emergency and General Surgery nurse. Airisa has also held a management position within a Home Health agency. Airisa's skill in aesthetic medicine extends to a position as an operating room nurse for a prestigious plastic surgeon in Portland, OR. She is also the owner and operator of Elite Nursing LLC. concentrating on 24 hour post op care for surgical patients. Some of her hobbies include, horse riding, fitness competitions, golfing, boating, camping and anything outdoors in the sun (with tons of sunscreen of course!). Airisa's favorite aesthetic treatment is lip filler and she is looking forward to enhancing beautiful faces at PDX Injex.

Wendy Pickett, RN
Nurse Injector & Owner
Wendy is a registered nurse with over twenty years of experience in the emergency department. In 2012, she entered the field of aesthetics, part-time, while continuing to work in the ER. In less than one year, Wendy was co-owner, and primary injector, at a successful medical spa. Wendy’s passion for aesthetic treatments has evolved over the last decade and she now trains health care providers all over the US. Wendy offers a wide variety of expertise in aesthetic treatments, her favorite being PDO threads!
Her biggest reward is instilling confidence in patients by helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Michael Flaming, MD
Medical Director
All treatments are overseen by Medical Director, Michael Flaming, MD. Dr. Flaming is an accomplished Otolaryngologist with over 30+ years in the medical profession. Dr. Flaming has been performing aesthetic treatments and overseeing nurse injectors since 2018.
